Attorney Sean M. Wagner is
admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, and he has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2005. Prior to starting his own law firm, Mr. Wagner served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Mr. Wagner has been lead trial counsel on over fifteen criminal jury trials, and he has handled hundreds of criminal matters including felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs, criminal traffic charges, drug offenses, violations of probation & community control, juvenile offenses, firearms charges, sex offenses, theft crimes, bond reduction matters, habeas corpus actions, and direct criminal appeals. Besides being a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Wagner is also a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Brevard County Bar Association. Mr. Wagner has devoted his practice to defending those who have been accused of crimes on Florida's Space and Treasure Coasts. |
